WillowWood is a welcoming community known for its strong sense of togetherness, with friendly faces and supportive neighbors who care for each other. Residents enjoy monthly neighborhood block parties and annual signature events, such as our Annual Spring Picnic, Halloween Fest, and Chili Cook-off, that bring our community together for food, fun and camaraderie.
HOA
WillowWood operates a self-governed Home Owner’s Association (HOA), with current residents serving on the board to make decisions in the best interests of their fellow neighbors.
A $500 original assessment / transfer fee is due at time of settlement.
As of January 2025, the HOA annual assessment fee is $715. All homeowners will be billed in December prior to the January 1st due date. Those opting to pay bi-annually will also receive a bill in June for the payment due date of July 1st.
